TRANSFORMER WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

Brand new transformer clause: This is to certify that FBF ELECTRIC TRANSFORMERS are BRAND NEW TRANSFORMER exclusively manufactured at FBF ELECTRIC plant, an ISO Certified factory.

Warranty from hidden defects clause: The FBF TRANSFORMERS are warranted free from hidden and unknown manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Hidden or unknown defects refer to faults that are not visible upon ordinary inspection and were not disclosed or known to the Buyer at the time of Purchase. Warranty period shall be valid for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. The buyer must notify the seller in writing within 7 days from the time of discovery with proof of purchase and evidence of the alleged defect.

Misuse and Misapplication clause: The Manufacturer shall not be liable for Misuse and Misapplication. Misuse and misapplication shall include but not be limited to: overloading beyond rated capacity, improper installation contrary to manufacturer recommendations, and exposure to elements not suited for the product. (e.g., Wrong connection in 3phase and single phase, improper grounding system, etc.)

Installation by Qualified Personnel Clause: Warranty is valid only if installation is performed by a licensed electrician or certified technician approved by FBF ELECTRIC. Proof of proper installation must be provided upon claiming warranty.

Inspection & Verification Clause: FBF ELECTRIC reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the defective product before approving any warranty claim. Warranty service shall not proceed unless the defect is verified and deemed valid by the manufacturer.

Limitation on Repeated Claims: Warranty claims made more than twice for the same customer and product may be subject to further review and may be denied if evidence of repetitive misuse is found.

Transportation & Handling Costs: All transportation, dismantling, and reinstallation costs for warranty claims shall be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise stated in writing.

Tamper-Proofing Clause: Warranty is void if the product seal, nameplate, or any tamper-proof device is removed or altered.

Timeframe for Claims: All warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the discovery of the defect. Delayed reporting may result in rejection of the claim.

Disclaimer for External Damages: Warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of God (e.g., lightning, floods, earthquakes), power surges, or other external electrical faults.

Implied or indirect warranty clause: There are no warranties which are implied or beyond what is expressly provided for herein. There is no warranty for consequential or indirect damage.
